I have a new driver's license after the old one expired. Do I need to do the driver's license check again?

We checked your driver's license upon registering with Greenwheels. If this driver’s license has now expired, it is not necessary to go through the driver’s license check with your new document. This applies as long as you have a valid license. Has your driver's license expired, but you haven’t received a new on (yet)? Then you can only drive the shared cars again when you have your new, valid driver’s license at hand.

If your driver’s license has been (temporarily or permanently) withdrawn, you may not use our shared cars until you have added a valid driver’s license to your account. See also our general terms and conditions.
