Do I have to pay a start rate for each booking?

None at all. All our current rates (Occasional, Regular, Frequent, Zzp Go, Zzp Pro, Zakelijk/Business Go, Zakelijk/Business Pro and Corporate) do not have any start rates. See our rates page.
