How can I change my address or phone number?

 

 

You can update your addres and/or phone number on our website or in our app:

 

Website:

 

• Login to  My profile
• Go to ‘My Profile’ and change your address and/or phone number on the bottom of the page.
• Click ‘Save’

App:

 

• Go to your account (little circle in the top right corner with your initial)
• Select ‘Account details’
• Select ‘Personal Details’
• Update your address information and/or telephone number and press ‘Save changes'.

 

When you change your phone number, you'll receive an e-mail from us with next steps to verify the number.
