When will you return my deposit?

When you cancel your Greenwheels account, we will return your deposit eight weeks after the end date of your contract, provided you have met all your payment obligations to us.
We have to wait eight weeks, because we might still be sent traffic fines. For more information about the deposit, click here.
If you have not yet paid your fines, we will deduct the outstanding amounts from your deposit. If you chose to pay by credit card, the hold on your credit card will automatically be removed. If you used iDeal, we will deposit the amount back into your bank account.
