How do I cancel my Greenwheels account?

 

 

We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering cancelling your rate. You can change your rate from ‘Frequent’ to ‘Regular’, for instance, by going to My Profile.

Please note: our occassional plan does not come with a monthly fee. With this rate, you’ll be able to keep using Greenwheels without paying a monthly fee.

Still want to cancel your account?
Simply go to My Profile on the website or in our app and follow these steps:

  1. Go to ‘My rate’ (via ‘settings’ in the app menu)
  2. Click on the small green button (the three dots) next to your current rate.
  3. Select  'Cancel & delete account'.
  4. Choose your end date and select your reason for leaving. Then click 'confirm cancellation'

You can also cancel your account in writing.. Send your letter and your customer or card number to:

Within 10 working days, you will receive a cancellation confirmation including information about the end date of your rate and when your deposit will be returned. We have a 30-day cancellation period. Your deposit will be returned to you 8 weeks after the end date of your rate. We cannot refund your deposit earlier, as we have to wait for any late parking/driving fines, which will be deducted from your deposit.

 

Please note: in case you pay a monthly fee we will refund you that part of the month that your contract was already finished on the first invoice of the next month after your contract end date.
