What are the rules for unclean cars?

 

 

You should always make sure that the car is neat and tidy after your trip.  If you do so, the next Greenwheels driver will start their trip comfortably, too. This is one of our main rules.
 
If the car you’ve booked isn’t clean, please notify us via the app. Here’s how.
 
If you didn’t make sure the car was neat and tidy after your trip, we’ll charge you for the extra cleaning (fine).
