I suffered or found new damage during my trip. What should I do?

 

 

If you suffered or caused damage during your trip, please call customer service.

Single-vehicle accident
If no other road users are involved: (e.g.: collision with a pole or tree):

  • Take several photos of the situation and the car, preferably with the registration number visible.
  • Report the damage in the app or call customer service.
  • Was the damage caused by a break-in? Report it to the police by going to www.politie.nl
  • Can’t continue your trip? Please call customer service. 

Multi-vehicle accident (involving someone else)
If another road user was involved in the accident:

  • Take pictures of the situation, the car and the other person's car. Make sure the registration number is clearly visible on the photo. We will need these photos for the claim file.
  • Fill in the European Accident Statement together with the other road user. You will find this form in the car. If you can’t find the form, use this online accident statement.
  • Make sure to send the European Accident Statement, including photos, to:

You can also e-mail the form to schade@greenwheels.com. In your e-mail, specify the date of the accident, the car’s registration number and/or the accident number shown in the notification in the app.

Always report damage in the app or call customer service You can e-mail the photos, the European Accident Statement and any information about the damage to schade@greenwheels.nl.
