How can I replace my Greenwheels card or OV-chipcard?

 

 

If you lost your Greenwheels card or OV-chipkaart (Dutch public transport card) or your card has expired and you'd like to replace it, got to ‘My Profile’.  You will have to block your current card before adding your new card. Follow these steps: 


1. Log in to My Profile.
2. Click on ‘Card’ (in the menu on the right).
3. You’ll now see your current card. Click on: 'Block / replace card'.
4. Choose 'Block card permanently. I’ve lost this card and wish to request a replacement card '.
5. Confirm your choice: 'Block card'.
6. Indicate why you want a replacement card.
7. Now add your new OV-chipkaart and enter your PIN. Make sure you remember the PIN, you’ll need it to start the car.
