I’ve lost my Greenwheels card/OV-chipkaart. What should I do?
1. Log in to My Profile.
2. Go to "Card".
3. Click on "Block / replace card" and follow the steps.
4. Add your new card.
If you lose your Greenwheels card, we'll charge an admin fee.
