How do I request my PIN?

 

 

You will need a PIN to get the car key from the on-board computer so you can start the car.

There are two ways to request a new PIN:

Website:

log in to ‘My profile’.  Select  ‘Cards’ in the menu and press the little green option button (the three dots) on the right side of the card you want a new PIN for. Next, select the option ‘Request PIN’

Mobile app:

log in to the app. Go to the main menu and select ‘Cards’. Press the little green option button (the three dots) to the right of the card you want to request a new PIN for and select the option ‘Request PIN’

Your PIN will now be sent to your e-mail address.
