What should I do if I get into an accident with or find damage on my Greenwheels car as an NS (Business Card), Shuttel or Mobiliteitsfabriek customer?

 

 

Report any pre-existing damage in the app or call customer service to notify us on time.
Any damage to the car’s chassis, such as a dent or scratch, smaller than a debit card need not be reported.
If you got into an accident while driving the car, click here  for more information.
For NS Business Card holders, the excess is waived in full as standard. Therefore, you will not be charged an excess unless there is gross negligence on your part or on the part of an occupant.
