How can I get a fuel receipt reimbursed?

 

 

Every Greenwheels shared car has a fuel card. With this card, you can refuel your Greenwheels car wherever you go in the Netherlands (click here for an instructional video). The fuel card does not work abroad.

In case payment with the fuel card fails, please pay for the fuel yourself and ask for reimbursement later. We will settle the costs with your next invoice. You can submit an expense claim by uploading (a picture of) the fuel receipt in My Profile.
