You can terminate your Greenwheels account at any time. A 30-day notice period applies. You can also opt for a later termination date.

Instead of terminating your account, you could also consider switching to our free ‘Occasional’ rate without any monthly fee. With this rate, you only pay for your actual booked trips, although the kilometre and hourly rates will be higher.
