Why do I need to pay in advance for my booking?

For certain booking we ask you to pay an amount in advance. This amount is seen as a partial payment of your definitive trip costs, which are calculated at the end of your booking. We deduct the prepaid amount from your final trip costs. This is calculated on the invoice that also lists the booking for which the prepayment was naaded. If you cancel the booking (on time), the prepayment will be refunded via and/or settled with you next invoice. For details, see here.
