What are the total costs of using Greenwheels?

 

Registration

During sign up, you pay a one-off deposit or choose to have a hold for that amount placed on your credit card. You will receive the deposit back in full at the end of your plan, provided you have paid all your bills. A hold on your credit card expires automatically.

Monthly fee
Depending on what rate you choose, you may or may not have to pay a monthly fee. Driving our cars is cheapest with the ‘Frequent’ rate.

Usage costs
The total price for a booking is calculated based on the booking duration of your Greenwheels car and the kilometre costs. You may also be charged extra fees if you reduce your deductible or book by phone or e-mail.

Fuel, insurance and taxes included
All our hourly and kilometer rates include refueling/charging costs, insurance, taxes, breakdown assistance and maintenance.

Other costs
We charge (administration) costs if you receive a (traffic) fine or if you do not comply with our general terms and conditions, for example when you did not leave the car behind clean. For a full overview of these costs, click here.
