My Greenwheels car's designated location is occupied: where should I park?
Always park at the designated location of the Greenwheels car. Is this location occupied? Follow the steps below in the Greenwheels app:
- During your trip, use the Greenwheels app to indicate that the designated location is occupied. Use the parking help to do this.
- You can now see your current location in the app and a green zone.
- Follow the steps in the app. Park within the green zone and as close as possible to the designated location.
- Are you driving an elektric Greenwheels car? Park in a parking spot with charging station and connect the car. Is there no parking spot with charging station available within the green zone? Then park in a regular spot in the green zone instead.
NB: always consider the legal parking regulations. Do not park in prohibited areas.
