How can I submit a complaint?
Every day we are improving the quality of our services. However, it may happen that you are not satisfied with our services. Do you have a complaint? Please follow these steps:
- Go to the contact form.
- Fill in your personal details
- Select 'Complaints' at the Subject
- Provide a clear description of your complaint under 'Comment/question'. Try to give an extensive description here.
- Your complaint will be handled by our customer service. We will respond to your email within approximately 3 working days.
You can also submit your complaint to us in writing. The response time is then approximately 5 working days. Send your letter to:
